Yours truly is sick again.

A stupid virus that refuse to develop into a flu yet at the same time bug me for more than a week and made me so damn weak.

It started out as a cough, then the tireness of being unwell slipped in, then the block nose and the fever.

Goodness. I was like almost bed ridden for a good 2 days because the med just make me too sleepy and I get dizzy whenever I try to leave my bed! -_-!!

and I'm hungry now. double -_-!!

And till now I have yet study for my exam. How on earth am I going to pass my exam.

I hate being sick. Esp when dar is unwell at the same time. Sighz.

I need some food!!!

But I'm feeling happy today.

Went to chicky's 21st birthday celebration with dar yesterday. Felt so happy for her. Quite a number of people turned up. Had fun too. Been 5 months since we had a full scale meet up. Enjoyed myself a lot too. And dar had a good time with chicky's handsome cousin.

Left after the cake caking for JP. Crazing for some food and we ended up @ Jp's 24-hours eating outlet.

Dar was like calling his friends to ask where the hell in jurong area sell dessert at 12am in the night! *sweet*

Too much mango for my liking.. They blended the whole mango which became the 'soup base' for the dessert.

He really enjoyed his dessert which is full of mango pudding!! lolz. Love seeing dar enjoying his food. Its not always he will comment on his food (unlike me). =X Rotted there till 1 plus before making our way home.

Woke up early today for some family matters and breakfast @ 202 with bro and dar. On the way there we decided on what to do on me 21st! And I have such a sweet bro that will do much to make me day special and happy. =)

Slept the whole afternoon away coze of a stupid headache. Not long ago (which was like 2hours ago), dar called and asked whether I want some prawns which his parents just caught. And off my dad went to steam the prawns after that. There's another packet of live-D prawns in my freezer. wahahahahaha. I LOVE SEAFOOD!

There's prawn eggs!!!!!!! Wonder why they come in two colours. -_-!! O well. Have a good time eating the freshly caught prawns that just die on their way to my home! hehe. I'm a happy girl today.

During the week, had baguette again. Meatball baguette this time round. And as expected, it tasted heavenly!!!!! Three big meatballs with preserved vege.. The meat is marinated with quite a bit of 五香粉, waterchest nut, chinese wine etc etc. Very juicy and home-made taste.

p.s. went SK to clean the necklance today. the staffs really have TOP-TIP customer service!!!! a BIG mirror was brought out just for me to put on my necklance. but, why on earth you need a mirror to put on a necklance?? lolz.

Tired and sick of working and going to school.

Running off for seminar helps too. *no need to work for half a day, sit there listen people talk only* lolz.

A small little break I consider.

Back to fight another week and so and off I go for my exams for 2 weeks.

People are getting engage and marrying around me.

But I'm yet 21!!!!!!!!

what to do for my 21st?

In fact the whole family was having supper near dar's house. That coffeeshop that serves quite good roast duck and wanton mee.

Ya.. finally met up with dar after a good two weeks of him working his butt off day after day. It feels good to be in your bf's arms. Like all the unhappiness, upset-ness just melt away like that. And I needed that... If I'm a phone, he's my charger..

Anyway... since I'm in quite a good mood today, a quick update before I go see the korean drama..

Properly the BEST viet-styled baguette you can find anywhere..

chicken baguette

Its the first time I'm having this chicken baguette, used to have ham bauette which is made up of three different slices of ham. Anyway, back to the chicken. Its pretty famous! Always sold out when I left office at 6. Yesterday was having a meeting outside so was pretty early when I reach Raffles. Then saw this BIG sighboard stating 'Good Bye Sales. Baguette for $2 with any purchase of drink'. Of course buy lah! Normally the bagueete will cost a good $3.80 and a soda cost $2.20. Do the maths. So I ordered a soda with plum which is also one of their hits.

The bagueete is filled with LOTS of preserved carrot and that vege you have in spring rolls. I like the carrots much more though. The bread itself is damn good. I dont know how they do it. Its just slightly re-heat when ordered and its crispiness is still as fresh! Love it.. Was a love at first bite for a part-time student how relay on breads for dinners.

Chicken is juicy too. Cooked when ordered, so you have to wait for awhile which was really worth the wait..

Love this drink.. Though gassy, its also sour. Yummmyy... I love sour stuffs. Good to keep you awake in class too.

p.s. after such a heavy dinner, derrick insisted on stuffing me with a piece of Subway cookie! Double chocolate chip! *happy little girl* He's a good classmate, though age at 26, he doesnt act like one in school. -_-!!

Side-note:

taiwan's famous pineapple tart

Colleague gave me this today.. SO HAPPY! Its like the BEST taiwan's pineapple tart in the WHOLE TAIWAN. And I'm not over-praising it. When I went taiwan a few years back, I bought one whole box of this back which costed like 20 or 30 over sing dollars. Pretty expensive if you ask me. Its like properly at least 60 cents per piece. And its FRESH.. without any addictive added to it. Which is why you can only buy it on the day you are flying off or the day before. Cant find this partical brand in Singapore, they dont export it out.

I love food.. Even dar say I always comment about my food. If I dont, its either I'm too hungry or its just average. And when dar comment, its either very very the good or very very the bad.

Anyway... overall the week is pretty ok but I'm drained again. I hate OT on mondays. Drain you for the rest of the week. Hope to finish the document this week. Another one coming up next week, but thats pretty small as compared.

Really should start studying soon... If not the exams will be here before I know it..

Morning bro drove me to school and get lost on the way there. Instead of going to town, he drove me to Paya Lebar. -_-!! Thats like another end of Singapore! O well... At least he's sweet enough to offer me the ride. I didnt ask for it! =)

Had a tough time listening to class... ASEAN Economics.

Having seven classess a week is no joke. Drain me inside out. Its good in a way, but really tired me.

I havnt had so much caffine in my system since my 'O' Level days.

Years ago when I'm taking my Os, I survive very much on coffee. One can of coffee each day before the start of the paper. When I dont get my coffee, I get cranky. Being nagged at for drinking too much coffee. Those are the days.

And now... I'm drinking coffee everyday in order to work.
